We do things a little differently at KAB. We do not do estimates and offer Phone Consultations instead.

Reasons we do not do estimates are:

  1. 90% of the time initial estimates change after disassembly.
  2. Most of the time insurance companies do not accept our estimate. Instead, the insurance company will provide their own estimate. The insurance estimate is only a starting point for the repair process and is not final. Once we start repairs, we can negotiate any changes with the insurance company. 

The quickest way to acquire an insurance estimate would be through their Photo App. This estimate will NOT be accurate but will be a starting point for repairs.

Step 2: Drop Off
We’ll schedule your repairs and prepare a rental, inspection and/or parts (if needed).
Step 3: Repair process

Your vehicle will go through the KAB Repair Process. Timelines vary based on repairs and we will update you every 2-3 days. +

Step 4: Pickup

Once repairs are complete and checked, we will schedule you for pick up.

INDEPENDENT SHOP VS INSURANCE RECOMMENDED

An independent shop is not contracted with insurance companies which allows us to focus on YOU.  You have the right to choose your repair shop regardless of your insurance company.  Insurance companies want to minimize costs in a repair. Whereas you want to have the best repairs done on your vehicle.

We work with all insurance companies and always prioritize our CUSTOMERS over insurance.  We work with them but always for YOU.
